Week 3 Hill Training Session – Tues 10 June 2014

This may be the toughest session yet but promises to build on the past 2 weeks.

I promise that week 4 will be an easier set.

Unfortunately due to a number of us taking part in GBRelay2014 on Monday evening the session will be moved to Tuesday 10th at 6.30pm. Meeting at Kilbride Forestry car park we will head out towards the Bishops Glen and completing one full lap going anti clockwise. This will provide a good warm up for the session to follow, all those ex footballers will enjoy this one …

The aim of week 3 is to push you into an anaerobic state, this will help promote strength, speed and power useful for those short hills and sprint finishes.
